Connect ProStream and Autodesk Construction Cloud
ProStream is connected via an API key issued by your ProStream tenant administrator. ACC uses OAuth 2.0 via Autodesk Platform Services. Both connections are project-scoped and stored encrypted at rest.
Map document sets to ACC folders
Pick a ProStream document set (or section) on the source side and an ACC project folder on the destination side. Direction is per task. ProStream metadata — zaaknummer, doc type, fase — maps to ACC custom attributes.
Filter by ProStream state
Sync only documents in the ProStream states that matter: Concept, Issued, Approved. Rules also filter by file type, last-modified, or label. Schedule hourly, daily or on-demand.

Frequently asked questions
Are ProStream metadata fields (zaaknummer, doc type, fase) supported?
Yes. Each sync task lets you map ProStream metadata to ACC custom attributes, and vice-versa. The destination platform inherits the source's identifiers so search and filter work natively on both sides.
Does ProStream's document state machine integrate with the sync?
Yes. Rules let you sync only documents in a chosen ProStream state (e.g. only Issued + Approved, never Concept). State changes can also trigger a sync run.
Versioning — does ProStream's revision number land in ACC?
Yes. ProStream's revision identifier is written into a configurable ACC attribute. New revisions arrive as new ACC versions, preserving ACC's native version history.
GDPR / EU-residency?
Sync workers run in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Files transit through the workers but are not retained; only metadata and audit logs are stored.
Does this require a ProStream API license?
You need ProStream Connect API access enabled on your tenant — your ProStream administrator can confirm. DMS Sync handles all the rate limiting and reconnect logic.
