Authenticate Autodesk Construction Cloud with OAuth and Microsoft SharePoint with OAuth or app-only credentials. Both connections are stored encrypted and scoped per project.
Pick source and destination folders
Choose any ACC project folder or hub as the source, and any SharePoint document library or folder as the destination — or the other way around.
Set rules and schedule
Filter by file type (PDF, DWG, RVT, IFC), phase, label, or last-modified date. Run hourly, daily, every 6 hours, or on demand. Every run produces a full audit log.

Frequently asked questions
Does the sync touch original files in ACC or SharePoint?
No. The source platform is treated as read-only; DMS Sync copies the file to the destination. Metadata mapping is one-directional per sync task.
Which Autodesk Construction Cloud products are supported?
Autodesk Docs, Build, BIM Collaborate, and Forma. The product is sometimes still called ACC in customer accounts — same platform.
How is access controlled?
Each project has its own connection. Role-based access (Manager/Admin/SuperAdmin) controls who can create, edit, or run sync tasks. SSO is available on enterprise plans.
What happens if a sync fails?
Failed file transfers are logged with the reason (permissions, file in use, network) and retried on the next run. Notifications are sent to the project owner.
Is the data stored in the EU?
Yes. Sync workers run in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Files transit through the workers but are not retained — only metadata and audit logs are stored.
